You have a clear view of working@ema, managing@ema, culture@ema and your priorities, your teammates, and the customers or workstreams you are beginning to own. You have posted your first Snippets, run your first real work through Claude Cowork, and understand how Ema operates day-to-day. Most importantly, you have started making a measurable impact - not just learning, but doing.

At three months, you are no longer ramping - you are owning. You have moved from learning the system to shaping it. You are driving your core workstream independently, contributing meaningfully across teams, and bringing ideas and energy to the problems that matter most. You understand our customers, our product, and our culture well enough to operate without guardrails. The people around you have noticed.
