Surojit is the founder and CEO of Ema. Previously, he guided Coinbase through a successful 2021 IPO as its Chief Product Officer and scaled Google Mobile Ads and Google Shopping into multi billion dollar businesses as the VP and Head of Product. Surojit holds 40 US patents and has an MBA from MIT, MS in Computer Science from SUNY at Buffalo, and B. Tech from IIT Kharagpur.

Swati has extensive experience in strategy and operations. She has built and led various R&D Operations teams at Shopify. Starting her career at McKinsey & Co., Swati has also used her product strategy expertise to help grow Google brands, including Search, Maps, YouTube, Shopping, and Ads. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Delhi.

Jonathan leads global revenue at Ema across enterprise sales, solutions, and partnerships. Previously, he was Global VP at Workato, where he built its Agentic AI specialist sales unit. Earlier, he held enterprise sales roles at Freshworks, Oracle, and SAP. Jonathan is an alumnus of Stony Brook University.

Craig leads Ema's global marketing. Previously, he was VP of Product Marketing at Workato, where he launched its agentic AI portfolio, and at UiPath, where he helped build the RPA category as the company grew from $100M to $1.5B through its IPO. Before that, he spent over two decades at Microsoft. Craig holds a BSc in Physics from Victoria University of Wellington.

Nilesh leads product and delivery at Ema, building the agentic platform and helping customers turn AI Employees into business outcomes. Previously, he was Chief Product Officer at Paytm. Before that, he spent a decade at Google, leading a major shift in Google Shopping strategy. Nilesh holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Suresh leads engineering at Ema. Previously, he was VP of Engineering at Productiv, where, as a founding engineer, he built the engineering team from scratch. Before that, he spent over 12 years at Microsoft, leading the team behind messaging and presence services for Skype and Microsoft Teams. Suresh is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur.
