Ema was invited to the 2nd Gain Skills Global Capability Center Confex & Awards 2026, held on 15 October at the Hyatt Centric Hebbal in Bengaluru. Themed “Where Innovation Meets Execution”, the event brought together technology and transformation leaders from GCCs across India. Alongside a 20-minute speaking session, Ema ran a booth that drew inquiries from stakeholders at a range of companies. Several leaders in attendance showed strong interest in learning how Ema agentically automates IT service management and finance operations.
Karan Issar, GTM Lead for APAC & EMEA, delivered Ema’s session, “From Pilots to Production: Running Governed AI Agents Out of the GCC”. He explained why most agentic AI pilots stall. He then showed how a single agentic control plane lets GCCs build, govern and run AI agents across HR, IT and finance, including proof points from Ema’s global deployments at large enterprises.
Ema also received the award for Best Agentic Business Transformation Platform, recognising its work helping enterprises move agentic AI from pilots into production at scale.
