Scaling the Human-AI Workforce

The Ema Academy is built on two primary engines: Skill building and Customer Enablement We are answering the two most critical questions in the market today:

• "How do people learn to independently build on Ema?" and
• "How does Ema grow the global talent pool of agentic AI developers?"

By providing structured learning paths and certifications, we are enabling Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and enterprise customers to adopt Agentic AI as a core competency.

This is foundational to Ema’s go-to-market strategy. We are moving beyond ad-hoc support toward a model where success is measured by Time-to-Value (TTV), retention, and the health of the builder community.

The Tiered Path to Agentic Mastery: The Ema Builder Certification

The centerpiece of the Ema Academy is our new tiered certification program. Whether you are a business practitioner or a technical architect, there is a path designed for your specific objective.

Builder Basic (The Fundamentals)

Designed for business practitioners and new builders. This self-paced, four-hour track covers the fundamentals of Agentic AI and the Ema ecosystem. Participants will walk away having built their very first AI Employee.

Builder Pro (The Solution Architect)

A 12-hour intensive involving pre-work and in-person workshops. This tier focuses on solution design, advanced prompting, evaluations, and production deployment patterns. It is the prerequisite for those looking to lead technical implementations.

Builder Elite (The Enterprise Architect)

Designed for Center of Excellence (CoE) teams and technical leaders. This track focuses on enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and evaluation at scale. It culminates in a capstone project and an executive readout to ensure alignment with business outcomes.

AI Coaching Hours: Beyond Hand-Holding

Learning to build is one thing; staying unblocked during a complex deployment is another. To support our builders, we are introducing AI Coach Hours.

This is a specialized operating model where builders bring ideas, failures, or builds to Ema experts. It is not a generic support line. It is a technical brainstorming lab designed to accelerate the AI roadmap. AI Coach Hours provide a dedicated space to test ideas, recover intelligently from errors, and earn the production trust necessary for enterprise-wide deployment.

By logging these interactions and feeding them back into our product roadmap, we ensure that the builder experience is constantly evolving based on real-world challenges.

A Roadmap for 2026

We have a clear agentic maturity model for the year ahead. Get ready for our next cohort of Builder Community Certification in March. This will lead into our flagship AVA Conference in May, where we will showcase the most innovative AIEs built by our certified partners.

By the end of the year, the Ema Academy will be fueled by industry-specific value accelerators and a thriving marketplace of reusable AIEs.
